The owner was Dan Wise, accused in April of running a $67 million Ponzi scheme based on phony real estate investments.

The auction, conducted by David R. Maltz & Co., will be at the Millennium Broadway Hotel, 145 W. 44th St. on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. Registration for bidders starts at 7 p.m.
For the Broadway condo, bidders need to present a $65,000 certified check payable to David R. Maltz & Co. Inc. For the Museum Tower apartment, the check must be for $75,000 payable to Maureen Gaughan as Chapter 7 Trustee.
