Auction of Upper West Side co-op is postponed

If you were planning to bid on 107 W. 106th St., Apartment C, tomorrow, Feb. 17, you can stay home.

Ronald Kahn, the attorney for the secured party, one Richard Schneider, informs me that the court has delayed the auction pending a hearing on March 16.

In a foreclosure proceeding, such a postponement is a routine occurrence.

I expect to attend the hearing and let you know what transpires.

Alfred also likes to cook and occasionally hosts dinner parties.  (Hang on, Dear Reader, this post is not going where you might think.)  Continue reading
