Queens Public Administrator Lois Rosenblatt has announced that an estate auction of six co-ops and 15 houses will be held on June 14 starting at 11 a.m.
Minimum prices range from $45,000 for a single-family house in Jamaica to $665,000 for one in Kew Gardens. For the apartments, which will be sold pending board approvals, the lowest acceptable bid is $74,000 for a co-op in Corona and the top is $143,000 for a Flushing unit.
Shown above is the detached stucco house that was owned by Anna Javor at 110 82nd Road in Kew Gardens. With a one-car garage and nearly three stories, the house sits on a 5,000-sf lot and is subject to tenancy. Taxes are $7,496 annually.

As usual, you need a certified check payable to you equal to 10 percent of the upset (minimum) price in order to bid. Also, you must offer bids yourself.
These are all-cash transactions that must be settled within 30 days. All other terms and conditions plus a phone number are on the Web site as well.
Regarding the co-ops, your contract for the purchase will be void and your deposit refunded in the event that the building’s board rejects your application to become a shareholder.
The properties may be inspected June 11 and 12 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day. Please do make sure to visit any property that interests you and otherwise conduct all possible due diligence: If you win it, you’ll own it, no matter what.
The sale is to take place in Room 62 of 88-11 Sutphin Blvd. in Jamaica, according to the administrator’s office.
Additional estate auctions are planned for Sept. 13 and Dec. 13.
But if you fail to win a property at next month’s sale and can’t wait, there’s always the foreclosure auction on June 15 of a Manhattan property. The Sloane mansion is on the Upper East Side and its owners are in default on loans worth more than $28 million.
